| Социально-демографические и психологические предикторы миграционных установок учащейся молодежи Cибирского региона (на примере школьников г. Омска) | |

| Дата поступления 2023.01.31 | Аннотация. Целью исследования стал поиск основных факторов и предикторов формирования миграционных установок сибирских школьников, проживающих в г. Омске. Представлены материалы эмпирического исследования, выполненного с участием учащихся средних общеобразовательных учреждений г. Омска в количестве 351 человека (большинство (66,9 %) обучается в 9–10 классах); из них 198 (56,4 %) девушек и 153 (43,6 %) юноши, средний возраст – 15,37 лет. Применяемые методы исследования: тестирование и анкетирование, сравнительный метод. Обнаружены гендерные, этнические, семейно-средовые различия в формировании миграционных установок. Наибольшее стремление к оседлости демонстрируют русские юноши из полных семей, высокие миграционные установки наблюдаются у девушек, школьников из неполных семей и причисляющих себя к иным национальностям. Статистически значимое влияние оказывают диспозиционные факторы: отношение к родному городу, установки близких о миграции респондента, карьерные установки (ориентация на стабильность места жительства снижает стремление к миграции, на менеджмент и служение – повышает). Высокий уровень эмоционального и гедонистического благополучия способствует снижению миграционных установок. Таким образом, доказывается значимость влияния социально-культурных факторов, которые действуют через формирование определенных установок относительно жизненной траектории в целом, среди которых миграционные установки являются конкретизированным воплощением планов индивида и способом достижения им более широких жизненных целей. Результаты могут быть полезны при организации целевых социально-психологических и образовательных мероприятий просветительского и профилактического характера, направленных на предупреждение оттока конкретных групп молодежи из региона с учетом их социально-демографических и личностных особенностей. |

| Received 2023.01.31 | Abstract. The aim of the study was to search for the main factors and predictors of the formation of migration attitudes of Siberian schoolchildren living in the city of Omsk. The materials of an empirical study performed on students of secondary educational institutions in Omsk in the amount of 351 people (the majority (66.9 %) are studying in grades 9–10), of which 198 (56.4 %) are girls and 153 (43.6 %) %) boys, mean age 15.37 years. Research methods: testing and questioning, comparative method. Gender, ethnic, family and environmental differences in the formation of migration attitudes were found. Russian boys from complete families demonstrate the greatest desire for settled life, girls, schoolchildren from single-parent families and those who consider themselves to be other nationalities demonstrate high migration attitudes. Statistically significant influence is exerted by dispositional factors: attitude towards the native city, attitudes of relatives about the migration of the respondent, career attitudes (orientation towards the stability of the place of residence reduces the desire for migration, and increases the desire for management and service). A high level of emotional and hedonistic well-being contributes to a decrease in migratory attitudes. Thus, the significance of the influence of socio-cultural factors that act through the formation of certain attitudes regarding the life trajectory as a whole, among which migration attitudes are a concretized embodiment of the individual's plans and a way to achieve broader life goals, is proved. The results can be useful in organizing targeted socio-psychological and educational activities of an educational and preventive nature aimed at preventing the outflow of specific groups of young people from the region, taking into account their socio-demographic and personal characteristics. |
